Service Description

Please bring your identification, all your tax related forms to include: W2, 1099, 1099-R, 1098, 1099-INT. Please make sure you bring your medical form: 1095-A, 1095-B and 1095-C. Please bring your last year’s return if you are new client only. If you are claiming dependents you need to bring proof of relationship (birth certificate, passport, school records, medical records, childcare expenses receipts).
